This position can be based in Danvers, MA or remotely.
The Program Manager has direct responsibility for driving and supporting the delivery of projects within the Companion Diagnostics Team from conceptualization to commercialization in line with business needs. In a sophisticated matrixed environment, the Program Manager will create program timelines with cross-functional input. You will also communicate program activities and status as well as, manage time and resource needs of the project.
Responsibilities we will trust you with:
Build, track and maintain project/program timelines and budgets and coordinate preparation of Statement of Work (SoW)in partnership with Business Development.
Aligning various project/program functions in accordance with project needs defined in the SoW.
Collaborate with teams to define project/program risks and mitigation strategies.
Responsible for the organization, facilitation of internal and external project meetings, and ensure communication is open so all key partners are aware of progress and critical path tasks.
Provide project updates as needed.
Based on project/program plans, prepare revenue forecasts and actuals reports.
Ensure program activities are aligned with organization's design process procedure and schedule/lead design review meetings.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Experience in CDx is required.
Bachelor's degree in the sciences. Relevant advanced degree preferred
PMP certification preferred
Minimum of four years demonstrated ability in Project Management roles in a fast paced, changing global Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment while working under design control
Experience with MS Project or similar project management software
Experience working in a matrix environment and leading through influence to deliver on time and within budget.
Experience in medical devices development environment, feasibility through to product launch, desirable.
Able to work to set regulatory requirements and able to adjust, maintain and operate plans to incorporate such requirements on an ongoing basis.
