The Project Manager and DBSL for Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading projects as well as promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of DBS within the Cepheid Talent Acquisition team. This position is based remotely, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support creation and implementation of Talent Acquisition tools
Develop dashboards, bowlers, and trackers ensuring adoption and continuous improvement
Lead PSPs, Kaizens, Value Stream Mapping, and Transactional Process Improvement sessions
Monitors metrics for effectiveness as well as develop and present insights and recommendations
Educate and coach Talent Advisors on DBS principles, concepts, and tools
Support Visual Daily Management for TA across entire organization
Education and/or Experience:
5+ years experience working with analytics and continuous improvement methodologies (preferably at Danaher)
Experience influencing others and developing capabilities in others/teams (teaching and training), especially remotely
Strong analytical skills including advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Workday, as well as visualization and Powerpoint
Prefer 3+ years experience in HR function
