Precision NanoSystems Inc. What you'll do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for data management, analysis, and reporting across multiple data sources and systems while serving as the administrator for Salesforce, supporting users with answering inquiries, training, and resolving issues.

  • Work with internal customers (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Product Management, etc.) to capture requirements and implement process configuration changes including definition of process workflows, approval processes, forecasts, and custom object implementation.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business initiatives.

  • Develop ad-hoc business and data analysis upon request.

  • Perform weekly/monthly data quality and management initiatives.

  • Act as a resource and SME for new implementation and/or migration activities.

  • Maintain, prioritize, and report on user request backlog.

  • Assist with maintaining integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party tools.

  • Build and update documentation on system configuration.

  • Develop, record, and maintain training materials.

  • Keep tabs on Salesforce releases, features and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Proven business and technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design.

  • Excellent listening skills to fully understand requirements and pain points in order to properly guide team members through the best solution.

  • Experience with business intelligence Tools (Oracle OBI, Click, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).

  • Experience with data management and analytics with proven advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data cleansing and data manipulation).

  • Extremely resourceful (self-taught / self-study / solve their own problems).

  • Exposure to Salesforce.com administration and configuration with a minimum 3 years experience administering a Salesforce org.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent certificate in Business, Computer Information Systems or related fields.

  • Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin).

  • Experience with Oracle ERP.

  • Understanding of integrations and ETL Tools.

  • Experience maintaining Salesforce CPQ.
