Be an integral member of a dynamic and evolving SAP team! As a valued contributor of a distributed team, you will be instrumental in the development of SAP FSM applications translating business requirements to solutions. This key role collaborates with the IT Director of Solutions & Service Delivery and is responsible for the global implementation of Field Service Management (SAP FSM) and administration of existing information technology solutions.

The key objective of this position is to deliver the improvement of projects through solutions and services related to SAP C4C and Core Systems. This position will be accountable for delivery of IT Enhancements but also understand business needs and translate into SAP FSM functional solutions. This opportunity includes working collaboratively across various functions while demonstrating a strong global delivery framework to exceed value at a lower cost.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Understand and Delivery Techno-Functional solutions and services in SAP FSM ( Field Service Management ) .

  • Collaborate regularly with the other IT ERP SAP, CRM and FSM functional Business and Technical team to help deliver solutions and maximize the value of our investment in strategic enterprise resources SAP FSM Core Systems

  • Deliver functional projects that need planning, execution and development of objects using SAP FSM. Work closely with internal and external resources.

  • Ensure ongoing operational support of current applications while assisting in the management of the development lifecycle and delivery of programming solutions.

  • Advocate and make sure applicable standards, policies, procedures, and development management standard methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of IT Applications.

  • Translate Business Requirement, Functional Specs into Technical Specs and Solutions

  • Confidently provide capability, functions, and the detailed configuration of SAP FSM Core Systems. Be able to show deep business process understanding for SAP ERP and SAP C/4 Service ecosystem.

  • Be accountable for large and small project work as well as ongoing support.

Required Proficiencies:

  • Ten or more years professional experience in IT business systems delivery using SAP solutions in a customer facing role.

  • Techno-Functional experience with SAP CRM and SAP FSM or well practiced SAP with emersion to CRM and Sales support.

  • Practiced configuration and support experience using SAP FSM is preferred or a desired / ability to supports Sales / CRM business functions.

  • Must be business savvy with an ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team environment.

  • Familiarity with change management and System Development Life Cycle Systems like Clarity

  • Experience implementing SAP service management (SAP ECC CS or SAP CRM Service) is desired.

  • Knowledge and integration of SAP systems with external systems.

  • Sound project management and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, information systems or related field.

  • Ability to work remote and be periodically onsite or travel up to 10 % as needed (post COVID restrictions.) Able to support a global working environment with occasional conference calls during evenings & weekends. #LI-SB2
