Danaher Corporation Senior Lead Qualification Specialist in New York, New York
The Senior Lead Qualification Specialist will be an integral part of defining the processes, metrics, and responsibilities as we grow our Transformative Marketing organization. It is critical that this person be positive, flexible, able to communicate across departments, and be able to establish and build new processes and drive for continuous improvements.
In addition to qualifying leads, the Senior Lead Qualification Specialist will help build robust processes and improve existing systems in place to manage large numbers of leads efficiently and quickly. They will establish best practices for lead management that can be rolled out across multiple geographic regions seamlessly. The Senior Lead Qualification Specialist will need to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative selling style, thereby building a pipeline of sales for the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze possible solutions to develop and follow standard work to contact and generate quality sales leads, utilizing a consultative sales strategy.
Integrate lead qualification process with current systems for improved efficiencies
Harvest incoming leads, drive initial contact, and distribute to internal and external sales partners
Own the lead management process across the America’s region; this includes partnering with sales leaders and owning of key performance indicators, including revenue goals
Apply technical and business knowledge to recommend product solutions and successfully qualify the leads
Utilize sales engagement platform to drive efficiency in lead qualification and manage multiple leads simultaneously. Analyze lead sources and provide insights to drive marketing campaign effectiveness
Collect and provide constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues to drive continuous improvement of process
Accelerate revenue growth through the provision of high-quality leads
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual lead creation and conversion metrics and other program KPIs
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
Education and Experience (in years):
Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
Lead generation or call center experience, intermediate to advanced experience with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce.com), database management systems, and common sales tools/methods is preferred
Proven experience in lead qualification or inside selling
Knowledge and skills:
Experienced level user of Microsoft Office Products
Collaborate with other Marketing and Sales team members to improve lead management program and processes
Relay pertinent product information from customers so the company can continue to improve its products and services
Develop an understanding of competitive products
Maintain a commitment to teamwork and a positive, supportive attitude to all personnel
Support continuous improvement activities (DBS)
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Observe and comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.
Ability to work in an office environment
- Fluency in written and spoken French and/or Portuguese is a bonus
