Danaher Corporation Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst in New York, New York

This position will provide administrative, transactional, and analytical support for the domestic (U.S.) operations of Danaher Benefit plans. This individual will be a critical team player for the ongoing delivery of U.S. Retirement benefit plan operations, and will work in partnership with Benefits Corporate staff to enhance and improve the operations and delivery of our programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Benefit Plan Delivery - Overview

  • Manages and executes the ongoing transfer of eligibility, coverage and participation details between Danaher and its benefit plan partners

  • Aggregates and reports the ongoing performance, analytics and delivery metrics of retirement benefit plan operations

  • Supports ongoing plan compliance reviews, audits, and filing/attestation activities

  • Assists with the preparation of retirement benefit plan materials including: plan guides, participant correspondence, targeted communications and employee or HR presentations and trainings

  • Resolves escalated plan participant inquiries, supports HR Business Partners in the ongoing stewardship of plan operations

  • Maintains the ongoing repository of benefit plan contracts, plan materials and communications and annual compliance calendar

  • Keeps an external focus on industry best practices, regulatory requirements and the competitive environment, actively shares that knowledge internally within the HR Benefits community

  • Identifies and champions process and program efficiencies and opportunities for streamlining and improvement

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • BS or BA Degree required

  • 5-7 Years of Benefits delivery experience

  • Experience supporting large and complex benefit plan operations

  • Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency

  • Experience with HRIS systems and Workday conversions a plus, but not essential

  • Decentralized organization background a plus

  • CEBS/CBP certification a plus but not essential
