We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Digital Sales to drive customer and revenue growth for Cytiva’s digital product portfolio. You will shape, and execute on digital revenue objectives through high-energy, disciplined sales execution while collaborating with Cytiva global account management and field marketing teams. You will also support annual revenue planning, sales funnel management, quarterly performance reviews, and continuous improvement activities. You will be part of a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience from first contact to expanding adoption of Cytiva solutions.
What You'll Do!
Revenue
Accountable for the customer and revenue growth for a subset of Cytiva Automation, Digital and Learning products and regions with an emphasis on new customer development. Cytiva offerings range from modeling & simulation software in process development, to advanced process control systems in manufacturing, to operational equipment efficiency and adaptive plant solutions.
Execute on inbound and outbound commercial strategies by building account development plans, objection handling, and building strong trust relationships with current and prospective customers.
Track sales performance and account progress through routine use of SFDC and related digital tools.
Adopt Danaher Business System tools to deliver repeatable excellence and continuous improvement.
Work together with colleagues in Marketing and Customer Success to identify, land and expand customers.
Support the training of account managers and field marketers on new products, services, and solutions.
Strategic Development
Capture and communicate Voice of Customer feedback to our Product team.
Build relationships with senior leaders at customers to support account development.
Collaborate closely with supporting Cytiva business functions (software, hardware, consumables, data, marketing, sales, finance, manufacturing, supply chain) and Cytiva business units to sell packaged solutions.
Travel as needed domestically and internationally 30-75%
Who You Are
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS, automation & controls solutions sales or related commercial function.
Degree in a technical discipline required.
Commercial experience in life sciences/biologics.
Experienced working in large, complex global organizations.
Organized, driven, accountable, sweats the details.
Outstanding and proactive communicator internally and externally.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to negotiate and close multi-stakeholder deals.
Experienced in software licensing, subscriptions, order processes, and contractual agreements.
Experienced with enterprise procurement personalities and processes.
Ability to energize, develop, build rapport, collaboration, and influence at all levels within an organization.
