This position leads IDT and Aldevron’s Total Rewards globally and is eligible to be fully remote with a strong preference to reside in the U.S. The Sr. Manager Total Rewards will be critical in shaping IDT and Aldevron's Total Rewards strategy and ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. You will lead key initiatives, such as the annual compensation cycle, harmonizing grades, and levels, and evaluating career tracks in partnership with talent management/HRBPs to ensure consistency and equity across our compensation and benefit programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing effective communication strategies to drive associate awareness and understanding of total rewards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the following:

  • You will be responsible for managing critical initiatives such as the annual compensation cycle including annual/quarterly equity grants, compensation program design and development, harmonizing grades, and levels, and evaluating career tracks in partnership with talent management and HRBPs. These initiatives will help ensure consistency and equity in compensation and drive associate engagement.

  • Acts as a consultant for HR Business Partner team on employee compensation-related matters such as pay adjustments, retention strategies and offers.

  • Performs data analytics to support various compensation assessments initiatives; provides recommendations to HRBPs and the leadership team.

  • IDT offers many benefits in close coordination with Danaher and you will evaluate the design and effectiveness of these programs including immigration support, relocation and expat packages, and other Opco owned benefit offerings.

  • You will develop and implement communication strategies to drive associate awareness and understanding of total rewards. These strategies will help associates understand how they can benefit from IDT and Aldevron’s total rewards programs and how they can maximize their rewards.

  • You will monitor external trends, laws and regulations and recommend changes as appropriate to ensure our operating companies remains competitive in attracting, developing and retaining top talent. This will help ensure that the Company's total rewards programs remain relevant, compliant and competitive in the marketplace.

  • You will work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, various Company Total Rewards leaders, and HRBP's on compensation programs that enable the organization. This collaboration will ensure that the company's total rewards programs are competitive and attractive to top talent.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits

  • Strong understanding of innovative compensation design principles and practices, including experience with equity-based compensation

  • Knowledge of associate benefits programs, including health, and retirement plans

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience supporting multiple countries in Asia and/or Europe

  • Managing complex projects with milestones and measurable outcomes

  • Lean or Six Sigma process improvement experience

  • Systems knowledge in Workday

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to 125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
