What you’ll do
Monitor, track & update ongoing projects portfolio for HR, Legal & Compliance initiatives aligned to Cytiva PMO process & methodology.
Manage ongoing actuals, estimated budget costs and define/manage Projects roadmap in this space.
Utilize control processes within a project ecosystem and methodology, such as Resourcing, budgeting, and invoicing, project launch/delivery, risk management, and timely reporting dependencies, risks, costs, resourcing, and countermeasures across interlinked projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage small to medium sized IT projects in this space, reporting on status, risks and ensure timely delivery. Facilitate discussions from requirements, design, provide clarification, organize testing and validation; owner of functional/technical design.
Demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
Understand and follow the proscribed Cytiva IT governance process and PMO methodology for Projects working closely with wider Cytiva IT PMO counterparts.
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of IT professional or equivalent experience.
Expertise in HR and/or Legal/Compliance IT systems preferable.
Strong Project Management skills. Experience using formal project management and governance tools/process and ability to influence business through credible knowledge and experience.
Skilled in breaking down problems and estimating efforts with ability to propose, analyse impact and recommend appropriate solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proactive, persists to completion, especially in the face of overwhelming odds and setbacks. Ability to work & navigate in a matrixed organization.
