Danaher Corporation Talent Program Manager in New York, New York
Talent development and acceleration is paramount to Danaher’s success. We have a world-class Talent Management team working to drive our ambitions and carry the business to the next level. We are looking for a Talent Program Manager to manage our enterprise career programs and Danaher’s Core Performance Management process. You will play a critical role in influencing program criteria, strategy and deployment. You will own the coordination of rotations, calibration of participant performance and evaluate program ROI.
Early Talent Programs:
Support the design, socialization and implementation of talent solutions targeted to critical talent segments (e.g., emerging talent)
Lead the selection and demand process across the platform
Coach, guide and track program participants
Evaluate ROI of the programs to ensure they are fit for purpose
Partner with the Corporate Talent Management team on optimizations
Performance Management Process:
Train leaders on core elements of the performance cycle to include career profiles, core leadership behaviors, retention and assessments, etc.
Communicate deliverables for each phase of the performance cycle
Prepare for and facilitate calibration sessions
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to influence a variety of stakeholder groups
Ability to take ideas to action by creating an action plan, identifying necessary resources, working through obstacles and monitoring and executing the plan
Experience leveraging data to uncover themes and trends and translate them into plausible recommendations
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience preferably in Talent Management or Learning & Development designing and managing development and rotational programs
Desired skills include:
Knowledge of Danaher’s internal talent processes and tools
Working knowledge of Workday reports and Excel to identify themes and trends and translate them into plausible recommendations
Leading project teams without direct authority
