The Technical Support Specialist is a unique opportunity to:
Provide technical support not only to the distribution channel but also to customers, consultants and industry specialists. Assist customers with activating their products, analyzing software problems, and on limited occasions, host short training sessions to the sales channel and help them demonstrate our products and enable them to offer first line support to their customers.
In this role you will:
Provides technical support via phone or email to internal OpCo functions (engineers, technicians, and product support personnel) by diagnosing, solving, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, sophisticated software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software
Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. The highest level of problem customer concern
We are looking for a professional who is:

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
You have at least an average software knowledge of the Adobe CS/CC products (especially Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Familiar with the industries Enfocus serves, with the focus on the graphical art market
2 years of experience providing technical support to end-users
Technical computer knowledge (hardware and networking)
