Danaher Corporation HR Operations & Analytics Specialist (M/W/D) in Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom
The HR Operations & Analytics Specialist will be in charge of developing, implementing and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of all internal processes and systems; develop and executes an efficient infrastructure that can deliver HR services consistently, responsively and cost effectively. Ensures efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and transactions. Works with vendors and technology specialists to design and maintain HR-related systems/procedures. May manage leave/absence programs or perform workforce planning and analysis.
Your area of responsibilities
Audits HR systems and interfaces consistent with organization-wide policies and practices and country specific procedures and regulations and initiates corrections
Implements and tracks metrics towards key local and global HR objectives, processes and programs. Analyzes trends and suggests actions.
Supports projects and creates standard work to improve HR processes on a global level
Performs Ad hoc reporting & analytics for Corporate DHR teams & LBS functions eg. Finance
Consolidates data for global initiatives and monitors progress
Develops regular reports and acts as interface to Finance, Controlling, IT
Supports the global HR team as Workday Pro, Organization and Security Partner
Supports testing of process enhancements or new modules in Workday
Conducts Workday trainings for new HR colleagues and Managers and holds monthly office hours
Creates and keeps WD training material up to date
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Finance, IT, HR) required
Several years proven work experience in a comparable role
Proficiency in workflow-driven systems such as Workday or equivalent
Strong analytical skills
Process and metrics driven
Advanced IT skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI
Fluent in English, German language skills would be a plus
High level of expertise in MS Office tools
Project management experience is a plus
Experienced in working in a global environment and across cultures is a plus
