What you will do:

  • Create and manage electronic change orders in Pilgrim, upload documents, edit change orders, deal with rejections etc.

  • Maintain effective control over the hard copy documentation distribution, archive and storage system including exception operations

  • Provide product certificates upon customer and production request

  • Maintenance of live files and stored documentation included in Pilgrim system

  • Maintain controlled distribution lists and file indexes

  • Daily manage the Newquay /Medical Complaints process

  • Write letters in response to customer complaints for the European and UK Medical complaint system

  • Provide support during external audits of Pall Newquay

    Who you are:

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Math's.

  • Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.

  • Knowledge of systems adopted within a regulated Manufacturing facility.

  • Organisational skills related to administration/expediting.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, using own initiative, prioritizing work as appropriate whilst maintaining a cross-functional team approach.

  • Able to travel and work outside of normal hours when required .

  • Knowledge of systems adopted within a regulated Manufacturing facility.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with all levels of personnel.

  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and be results- oriented..

  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems.

Essential Qualifications/Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths

Essential Previous Experience:

  • Experience in a previous administrative role preferred.

  • Knowledge of systems adopted within a regulated Manufacturing facility.

Miscellaneous:

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Logical, enquiring approach to work

  • Must be motivated and able to work to deadlines

  • Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.

  • Able to make reasoned and objective decisions where necessary.

  • Able to travel and work outside of normal hours when required.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Create and manage electronic change orders in Pilgrim, upload documents, edit change orders, deal with rejections etc.

  • Filing of reports

  • Daily manage the Newquay/Medical Complaints process

  • Write letters in response to customer complaints for the European and UK Medical complaint system

  • Provide support during external audits of Pall Newquay

  • Any other reasonable requests which make use of the job holder’s skills, experience and knowledge.
