Goal of the position:
This role is an integral part of Pall's Operations department, and has the leadership over Line Leaders and Cleanroom Operators. In this position, you will drive the Manufacturing Value Stream to achieve set targets as outlined across Safety, Quality, Supply, Responsiveness and Cost (Labor and Materials). This is to be achieved through the strategic application of Danaher DBS and Organisation Talent Assessment toolkit, such as performance appraisals to create a culture of team focused performance objectives.
Appoints, coaches and guides a manufacturing team;
Collaborates with Product Engineering, not exclusively, to successfully introduce new products;
Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Performance (SQDIP) of the Value Stream;
Embraces and promotes continuous improvement, safeguarding and monitoring said improvements;
Leads projects that arise from the above continuous improvement approach;
Develops and guides the team to build a learning organisation that coordinates processes as efficiently and as optimally as possible.
Education, Competencies and skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Microsoft office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - SAP;
Experience in production processes and leadership!
