Danaher Corporation Manager Project Management (f/m/d) in Nussloch, Germany
We are currently seeking a Manager Project Management (f/m/d) who will be responsible for the site project portfolio performance to join our team in Nußloch, Germany
The position includes the following areas of responsibilities:
Leading, managing and motivating a team of Project and Program Managers
Responsible for the hiring, training and professional development of the employees at the Nußloch site
Direct all phases of programs from inception through to completion
Responsible for entire life cycle, including cost, schedule and technical performance, of assigned program/portfolio
Responsible for organizing an efficient project management area in terms of methods, tools, cross-functional collaboration, and visual management.
Rationalize future portfolio development in close collaboration with Marketing and R&D. (Portfolio Roadmap)
Drive global collaboration
Drive organisational and process improvements
Education to degree level in Physics, Electrical, Mechanical or Business Engineering
Numerous years’ experience in pharma, medical device or similar regulated industry
Deep level of understanding and extensive experience in a leading program management position in the development of complex products and systems in a regulated environment
Experience in controlling, managing, and successfully completing various development projects in parallel in a fast paced and international environment
Strong eye for business and excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experienced in leading, motivating and developing teams
Have a collaborative and result-oriented management style
Good problem-solving skills
Able to handle and resolve conflicts within the organisation
Good strategic thinking and communication skills
Must have a high level of personal integrity and accountability
Very good German and English spoken and written
