To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Nyon, we are looking for a Customer Support Contract Administration (f/m/d) in Nyon, Switzerland.
Instruments Order Handling: booking, shipping and follow-up of all types of instrument orders with daily follow-up of backlog, taking ownership for required actions, follow-up the order status linked to an instrument (hold, low supply, stock-out, etc) for appropriate action in case of specific status.
Interface with Sales Administration / Logistics / Purchasing to confirm delivery, installation or warranty terms.
Contract Management: responsible for creation, maintenance, termination and renewal of Sales Contracts and proposals (customers & tenders), create automatic planning proposals or pricing agreement, renewal of contracts and pricing increase implementation.
Customer Management: handling all customers calls by taking ownership and responsibility, ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations. Contribution to Daily Management ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives, investigate and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility
You have business fluency in German and French and very good English. Spanish language skills would be an asset.
Experienced: Preferably with experience of 1-3 years in a similar position in customer services
You are experienced with MS Office and Excel.
You have an urgency focus, display a willingness to do whatever it takes to “get it done” and holds self-accountable for assigned work. Focus on critical deliverables and high priority assignments, owns a sense of urgency and prioritizations.
You are a team worker; you support team goals and objective, build solid working relationship that enhance collaboration and cooperation within the Customer Service department and interdepartmental organization, you adapt and contribute to business needs showing flexibility and business acumen.
You have a Customer Focus : you are able to understand the customer needs to identify and suggest ideas or enhancements, you seek ways to increase customer satisfaction and regularly solicit feedback from them to ensure current and future needs are met.
You have empathy as well as a structured, proactive and efficient way of working. You have a communicative, open, pragmatic, flexible and uncomplicated personality who has a "hands-on" mentality and likes to work in a team.
