Position Summary Ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll for the Beckman Coulter employees in Switzerland (Beckman Coulter Eurocenter SA and Beckman Coulter International SA), participate in daily data entry Payroll processing. Be the point of contact with Finance department. Ensure the implementation of the administrative tasks in the scope of the Human Resources department, in compliance with local and Company’s regulations. Key Responsibilities Payroll o Manage variation in ADP system o Manage payroll monthly cycle o Interface with auditors and Finance department (including reporting) o Update Company’s HR systems (ADP, Workday) o Manage tax deposits and reports, equity plans HR Administration o Reconciliation payroll and HR systems o Internal transfers o Absences, Attestations, Family allowances o Contact with the Labor authorities o HR mailing list o Other admin activities related to HR Work authorizations support: o Support employees who need work permits and authorizations and liaise with the Swiss Authorities o Tracking visitors and follow up (interactions with HR offices abroad and department coordinators)
Qualifications • Education – Bachelor degree • Work experience - Minimum of 3 years’ in Payroll position, preferably in multinational environment • Thorough knowledge of labor laws in Switzerland • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills • Team oriented, adaptable and willing to learn • Strong knowledge in MS Office applications, in particular excel • Fluent in French & English
