Beckman Coulter currently have an opportunity for a Fill- Pack Production Co-Ordinator to join our Operations Department. This role will be based at our Co.Clare manufacturing facility .
Night Shift Monday – Thursday 12.00a.m- 8.00a.m & Friday 10.00p.m - 5.00a.m
In this role your responsibilities will include:
Manages personnel in Fillpack Department
Motivate and encourage development of Personnel
Ensure that the department meets the needs of Personnel in their current and changing roles
Maintain TMS records for all Hourly paid Personnel
Training of Operators as required on procedural and documentation updates.
Issuance of BHR’s and associated documents where needed
Responsible for Line Clearance and associated checks.
Booking Work Orders and Pickslips and ensuring ERP system is correct and up to date.
BHR paperwork review for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Systems Regulations.
Support and implement continuous improvement with procedural and document updates.
Prepare and maintain production procedures to comply with required quality standards.
Support Department in NC investigations and closure, and through the completion of Deviations, IMRs and Change controls where needed.
Delegation of work to ensure Fillpack schedule is met and that all work performed complies with GMP and Quality System Regulations.
Implement Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing/WCM techniques and practices.
Ensure departmental compliance to all Environmental Health and safety practices and procedures and that any issues are closed in a timely manner.
Deputise for Supervisor Production Operations where needed
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in relevant field with at least 2 years experience in manufacturing environment
Experience in a supervisory capacity with strong leadership and delegation skills
Experience in inventory maintenance and control
Experience in Quality Systems requirements and ISO standards desirable.
