The Representative II, Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting Production Operations activities, for example compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), supporting/implementing continuous improvement initiatives, supporting line clearance, etc.
This temporary position is part of the Production Operations department located at Beckman Coulter, Lismeehan, O'Callagahan's Mills, Co. Clare and will be based on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and participate in kaizens and delegate for Supervisor when necessary
Support and implement continuous improvements within the Department, drive department NC investigations, corrections and closures and drive Department closure of Warehouse and Customer complaints
Support Department with audit proceedings, Change Controls, Deviations and other Quality System requirements.
Responsible for training of associates as required on procedural and documentation updates and maintenance of Training records for Department and AU Fillpack staff
Utilises DBS tools (DIVE’s/PSP’s) on a regular basis.
Promote and contribute to the high safety culture in the dept.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Relevant Bachelor's degree (level 8) with 2+ years' experience OR relevant Master’s degree
Healthcare/life science or diagnostic industry in similar Manufacturing or Quality role.
Ability to prioritise objectives in alignment with company goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of the team, does not require supervision.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Quality Systems requirements and ISO standards desirable.
