Job Description

As a key member in the Corporate FP&A team, the position will provide key financial leadership, business support and analytical insight for various business partners and senior management. This role reports to Corporate FP&A Director and will drive business decisions through in depth analysis and modeling and communication with senior management. In addition, this position will ensure the accuracy of the financial reporting to corporate and elevating the finance data reporting capability. This is a highly visible role for a self-starter to drive significant value to a growing organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Responsible for corporate reporting and business updates. Identify business drivers, risks, and opportunity to ensure business deliver against financial target. Establish monthly cadence for financial review to ensure proper actions are taking as counter measure if needed.

  • Business Analytics: Develop business analytics with various data sources and tools to drive efficiency, assess business performance, including margin and spend management.

  • Business Partnering: Act as trusted finance business partner to provide regular finance updates, business analytics and concrete recommendations to improve resource utilization and business growth. Responsible for communicating key analytical insights to drive desired business performance.

  • Decision Support: Develop financial modeling and system support to highlight business performance, influence leaders and track initiative progress, including margin and Revenue Achievement, etc.

  • Leadership: Be a leader with vision on operational improvement and professional development. Collaborate across team to develop/share best practices to improve efficiency, P&L Management and professional growth.

  • Cultivate strong cross functional partnership with key business partners (Accounting, Marketing, Regional FP&A, and Operations.). Promote cross team collaboration and problem solving.

  • This is a "hands-on" position with regular reporting and analysis requirements to support corporate needs. Highly responsive with sense of urgency to provide high quality, accurate deliverables under tight time pressure.

  • Ability to create and develop ad-hoc financial modeling & analysis on Excel and/or HFM to provide relevant analytics, business insight & recommendation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or relevant subject area required

  • Previous responsibility for full P&L, analyzing revenue and expenses and develop insight.

  • Possess the managerial courage to highlight adverse financial results and trends and offer proposed solutions to resolve

  • Strong analytical, business partnering and data mining skills, including experience with Power BI preferred.

  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and multi-tasking.

  • 10+ years of business finance experience

  • A proactive, independent self-starter approach, with enthusiasm for teamwork, continuous improvement and collaboration

  • Ability to dig into details as needed while at the same time be able to rise up above the weeds, always keeping in mind the bigger picture

  • Fluent in advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and function formulas

  • Experienced with Oracle plus, and strong HFM experience preferred

  • Strong planning, organization, project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communications and ability to engage individuals at all levels of the organization

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA

  • Prior Business Unit and P&L management experience strongly preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
