Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Specialist will work with the global talent management teams to support the development, launch, and operation of new and existing talent development programs and annual talent and engagement processes. The individual will also support talent reporting, analytics, and Talent Management Workday and Engagement process execution and administration. The Talent Specialist also plays a key role in sharing analyses and insights with HR, talent and business leaders across the corporation, regions and operating companies worldwide to enable better decision-making and advance the talent agenda.

RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with planning, promotion, logistics, set-up, communication, and evaluation tracking of development programs, learning events – onsite, offsite and web-based. * Manage training calendar including venue, set-up, dates, and times. * Manage logistics including identifying local contact, materials, registration of participants, pre-work, post-work, and certificates. * Send timely communications to participants, facilitators and additional parties to ensure delivery. * Track participant training and manage charge back to OpCos. * Manage and coordinate learning and development material resources - books, teaching/learning aids, supplies, and facilitator kits. * Report on and analyze student evaluations of courses. Ensures timely follow-up and response to questions or concerns and proposes recommended improvements when appropriate. * Support all vendor relationships, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices. * Maintain Talent Management and Engagement pages and documents on the global HR SharePoint site. * Support talent and engagement metrics and analytics utilizing technologies and multiple data sources, including Workday, to gather, synthesize and interpret talent data. * Support the data mapping, reporting and analytics requirements of the annual Dental Engagement Survey and in-year pulse surveys. * Support key Talent Management and L&D projects as needed.

Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor Degree required * 3 years of recent experience in Human Resources, adult education, training, organizational development and/or performance management roles * 3 years’ experience utilizing technologies and multiple data sources to gather, synthesize and interpret HR data preferred * Advanced PC skills with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and various Web browsers preferred * Travel: 10-20% KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES * Experience with learning management and performance management systems * Proven track record on continually driving process improvement * Proven track record of strong project and process management, organizational and time management skills * High level independent judgment, reasoning, discretion and confidentiality * Proven track record on high level accuracy and data integrity * Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building skills required

On July 19, 2018, Danaher announced its intention to spin-off the Dental Platform to form a new publicly traded dental company. The new company “DentalCo” (to be named later) will create one of the largest and most innovative dental companies in the world. The benefits of this spin-off will allow the Dental business to be more impactful, with greater focus around organic and inorganic growth; be more agile and quick to respond to changing market environments; allow increased access to capital to innovate and invest in clinical and practice workflows; as well as, allow for significant career opportunities for associates and leaders. DentalCo will be a public entity traded on the NYSE. Collectively, its businesses generated roughly $2.8 billion in revenues in fiscal year 2017 with a global presence in 100 countries, with 20 manufacturing sites.
