Danaher Corporation Sales Specialist, IND in Osaka, Japan

expected to increase market share of Leica in assigned area [WestJapan/current assignment: Kyoto, Shiga, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Ishikawa, Fukui]. In order to penetrate the market, we need to enhance sales functions


Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in equipment sales(B2B). Device selling experience preferred. Solution sales experience is also welcome.

  • BS Degree

c) Language

  • Japanese is a must.

  • English capability is plus.

d) Travel (required estimated % of time)

  • 3060%

e) Driver’s license

f) Others: able to carry the heavy equipment


Excellent selling and Negotiation skills, Relationship building with key persons of the customer, Communication skills and teamwork with line managers and colleagues.

Self-starter, Inter personal skill


a) Internal

  • Reports directly to Sales Manager

  • Direct Reports include:

  • Update on status and progress of sales, order. pipeline projects

  • Discounting on corporate rule

  • Collaborate with internal functions such as Marketing, Service, Logistics.

b) External

  • Dealers, End users (key persons of private company, academia, researcher)
