This position reports to the Logistics Manager and Site Lead and is part of the Logistics team located in Tokyo, Japan and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Operate daily logistics activities such as goods in, goods out, aliquoting etc.

• Lead the team, currently 5 employees, to work more efficiently and proactively showing your strong leadership and any data evidence.

• Comply with all compliances related with both Global and Japanese EHS requirements.

• Cross functional communication

• Monitoring KPI and implement any Kaizen activities

The essential requirements of the job include:

• More than 5 years of experiences of import/export and domestic delivery

• More than 5 years of experiences of leading a team

• Proactive and continuously seeking to improve performance

• Fluent spoken & written Japanese, and written English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience of working for a global organization
