What you’ll do

• Controllership responsibility for Pall France SAS and any further Cytiva entities in France that may be created in the future, e.g. holding companies.

• Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly USGAAP closes, including month end balance sheet review and oversight of account reconciliation process.

• Support the preparation of the annual statutory accounts & audit of these, tax returns and internal tax reporting requirements.

• Responsible for SOX compliance of the assigned entities

• Complete controllership/DoA activities including MJE approval & Manual Cash payment approvals

• Actively manage open and unreconciled items in the balance sheets of all assigned entities and provide support in the closure of these. Work with the process teams to understand root causes and prevent items becoming unreconciled/aged.

• Provide Finance support to other teams across the business, including but not limited to, the Finance shared services teams, HR, payroll, Works Council, supply chain and FP&A.

• In partnership with PwC ensure company secretarial requirements are up-to-date and accurately completed/submitted.

• Completion of the Danaher internal tax reporting packages

Who you are

• Accounting or Finance Qualification, CPA, MBA, ACCA qualifications preferred

• Experience of statutory and tax reporting in France (either directly or with support of an outsource provider)

• Experience working in a similar role in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner

• Experience working in a matrixed environment

Vos responsabilités

• Responsabilité du contrôle de Pall France SAS et de toute autre entité Cytiva en France qui pourrait être créée à l'avenir, par ex. sociétés holding.

• Assurer l'achèvement précis et en temps opportun des clôtures mensuelles et trimestrielles USGAAP, y compris l'examen du bilan de fin de mois et la surveillance du processus de rapprochement des comptes.

• Soutenir la préparation des comptes statutaires annuels et l'audit de ceux-ci, les déclarations fiscales et les exigences internes en matière de déclaration fiscale.

• Responsable de la conformité SOX des entités assignéesActivités complètes de contrôle/DoA, y compris l'approbation MJE et les approbations manuelles de paiement en espèces

• Gérer activement les postes ouverts et non rapprochés dans les bilans de toutes les entités assignées et fournir un soutien à la clôture de celles-ci. Travaillez avec les équipes de processus pour comprendre les causes profondes et éviter que les éléments ne soient non rapprochés/vieillis.

• Fournir un soutien financier aux autres équipes de l'entreprise, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les équipes de services partagés Finance, les ressources humaines, la paie, le comité d'entreprise, la chaîne d'approvisionnement et la FP&A.

• En partenariat avec PwC, veillez à ce que les exigences en matière de secrétariat de l'entreprise soient à jour et remplies/soumises avec précision.

• Finalisation des packages de reporting fiscal interne Danaher

Votre profil

• Qualification en comptabilité ou en finance, qualifications CPA, MBA, ACCA préférées

• Expérience du reporting légal et fiscal en France (soit directement, soit avec l'appui d'un prestataire externalisé)

• Expérience de travail dans un rôle similaire dans un environnement commercial mondial avec une bonne compréhension des processus mondiaux et des flux transactionnels

• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français écrits et parlés

• Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite et capacité à communiquer des problèmes commerciaux complexes de manière claire et concise .

• Expérience de travail dans un environnement matriciel
