  • Strategic Accounts Program Manager is responsible for managing and leading F&B Global Strategic Accounts Program – Comprising of Corporate brewers, Leading flavor companies, expanding protein segment and leading cannabis companies.

  • The program manager leads a team of professional GAMs /GARs (Global Account Managers and Global Account Representatives) focused on serving the key customers global footprints

  • The program manager also indirectly directs/influences/drives a team of professional GAM’s/GARS that have sales targets related to the MGAM’s Global Strategic Accounts, to drive core growth with multiple Global Strategic Accounts

  • He/she is responsible for developing a focused growth strategy by global account, creating value for the customer by utilizing the resources across Pall and providing solution for both internal and external issues to enable integrated account strategy and therefore achieving competitive differentiation and profitable growth continuously.

  • The program manager will be the face of Pall to the customer and is entirely responsible for negotiating directly with Key Global Accounts

  • The program manager leader will be responsible for achieving Core growth (Orders & Shipments), targeted gross margin within allocated SG&A, managing a team by having consensus with all internal stake holders.

  • Strategic Accounts Program Manager is responsible for managing and leading F&B Global Strategic Accounts Program – Comprising of Corporate brewers, Leading flavor companies, expanding protein segment and leading cannabis companies.

  • Has a deep understanding of strategic focus areas & customers business to analyze issues and needs and organizational implication and to identify root causes.

  • Develops and sustains customers relationships at the leadership level and leverages these relationships to gain insight into customers’ future strategies and needs; proactively builds relationships with new types of customers.

  • Recognizes breakthrough thinking; emphasizes the importance of exploring unique paths even when they run contrary to current thinking.

  • Deal with complex financial information and analysis with a clear view of the targets, projections and performance required.

  • Anticipate future trend and effectively navigates through and leverages organizational and global complexity.

  • Develop and Implement account strategies & plans, designed to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections for Assigned Accounts

  • Owns DBS as his/her responsibility to lead, teach and actively advocate the use of DBS tools to meet CVD goals and drive results and breakthroughs.

  • Sets, communicates and monitors individual and team performance expectations and development priorities through P4G, D4G and OTA processes.

  • Creates global synergies ensuring alignment of people strategies and business needs. Coordinate and leverage resources to present “One face to the customer” to provide complete customer satisfaction

  • Negotiate commercial terms and any contract with global customers

  • Provide timely Commercial Direction and Support to the strategic account teams

  • Provide Business Analysis Including Trend Data, Customer Retention and Development and other Activities as Required

  • Monitor Competitive Activity and direct Field Sales Personnel to Account as Needed

  • Leveraging Marketing (Product Management, Product Planning), SLS, Regional leaders & Commercial Operations / Customer Service to serve assigned customers globally

  • Cultivate Relationship with Senior Management and Decision Makers in the Assigned Account(s)

  • Lead Technical Roadmap reviews & any type of management meeting with key customers to build visibility to unmet needs, new product development – partnering with Technology, Marketing & SLS
