We are now looking for a Logistics Strategy Project Manager for the EMEA region. Do you have a background within supply chain together with strong project management skills? This may be the position for you!

The primary focus will be leading projects for logistics deployment strategies in Europe; however, the role will likely include projects across other regions as well. These projects are expected to drive new supply chain business models and offerings to support business growth, improve customer experience, digitalize core operations, and build a robust internal digital foundation.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coordinate and run multiple projects to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives with high impact to the business.

  • Develop and implement new strategies and procedures, where required, to ensure visibility, efficiency, and delivery of the strategy execution plan.

  • Partnering with multi-functional project managers, defining scope, goals, developing project plans o meet business objectives.

  • Leading cross-team projects to drive standard process methodology, stability, and simplification in processes. Recommend improvements and apply LEAN and Problem-Solving Principles across assigned critical business initiatives.

  • Communicating ideas, thoughts, and projects to senior management to get agreement on projects

  • Developing control plans; collaborating internally s to provide leadership and direction on the implementation of strategies and processes; ensuring improvement gains are sustained on a long-term basis in a significant wing-to-wing (W2W) process.

  • Implementing the strategic W2W road map through the manufacturing plants, distributions centers and vendors globally.

  • Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, productivity & compliance.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management

  • Extensive project management and supply chain execution experience.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-functional, global team environment.

  • Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others in a global environment

  • Thorough with attention to details and have a process driven approach

  • Data related skillsets such as data visualization and analytics are highly desirable

  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

  • Ability to energize, develop and establish trust at all levels within the organization

  • Consistent track record to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments

  • Experience working in a supply chain using Six Sigma or LEAN or other continuous improvement tools

  • Good export regulations knowledge and experience Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle)
