What you’ll do
Manage a team of 15+ Accounts Payable (AP) associates that provides wing-to-wing AP support across the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
Build a strong culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and positive energy amongst local team during a time of business change.
Drive daily operational rigor and improvement projects to ensure team’s targeted KPI’s are achieved for metrics such as Invoice Turnaround Time, Paid-on-time %, and aged GRNI-balance.
Two-way communication and partnership with Global Purchase-to- Pay (P2P) Operations Leader and Global P2P Process Leader to ensure global process standards can be implemented and that process gaps are being identified and communicated.
Collaborate across multiple teams and functions, including Finance (especially Controllership / Accounting), Sourcing, and Supply Chain to deliver improvement projects and daily operations.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: able to identify and understand underlying root causes of operational performance. History of process improvement and / or project management to deliver improved results.
Adaptable and flexible: comfortable in periods of change and / or uncertainty and able to deliver results in different or unexpected circumstances.
Excellent organization skills: able to balance multiple priorities, both short-term and long-term, across multiple action owners and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to delegate day-to-day tasks.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and / or relevant proven financial work experience.
Experience in Accounts Payable with SAP ERP is preferred. The ability to respond efficiently to resolve issues emerging from the daily operation is a plus.
This position is being offered through Pall, a Danaher group company providing services in Malaysia to beneficiary Cytiva.
