The Global Infrastructure Associate Analyst is responsible for delivering a high standard of IT services to enable the organization in sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market.
This position is part of the Client Technology Team and will be located in Malaysia, Petaling Jaya.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Service Desk incident and request management.
User computing systems and tools provisioning.
IT systems & facility maintenance.
Participate in IT and business-related projects.
Collaborate with global diverse IT teams.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
2 years of Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experience.
Good PC and software troubleshooting and technical skills.
Good understanding of network and server administration.
Good understanding and experience in Microsoft computing environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
ITIL and/or MCSA certification
Project management
Root cause analysis
