The Bi Developer will be a key member of Danaher’s new HR Operations team, which is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions that deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.

Scope of Role:

The Bi Developer is an exciting new role reporting to the Manager, People Insights Applications. This role develops and maintains BI dashboards and supports the implementation of analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implements, tests, deploys and maintains Bi and analytics tools

  • Creates and maintains Bi scripts and dashboards

  • Supports the design of ETLs, data model(s), warehouse and technical documentation

  • Understands business requirements and delivers Bi dashboards

  • Documents algorithms, parameters, models and relations

  • Implements and maintains KPI/metric calculations

  • Conducts testing and troubleshooting

  • Adheres to and drives compliance, privacy, confidentiality and security standards

  • Tracks industry trends

  • Strong technical skills in people analytics infrastructure, architecture, Bi applications, programming languages, usability principles

Experience & Education:

  • A minimum of five years demonstrated advanced analytics tool and visualization experience, preferably focused on people analytics

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Travel: 20% post-pandemic

  • The salary range or hourly range for this role is 80,000 to 100,000 range. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
