The NACO Service Revenue Initiatives Program Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for formulating on-boarding plans in concert with local and regional Sales and Service management, organizing the execution of that plan, monitoring the ongoing NACO Service Professional Services Portfolio customer on-boarding experience, and managing our Service Lead Generation Program.

This position is part of the Service Business Management organization located in North America and will be fully remote (USA based). At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Product Management team and report to the NACO Director, Service Business Management responsible for Service Revenue growth and innovation in our world-class Service portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • In collaboration with Sales and Service Leaders, Area Applications Leadership, Business Management, and Global Service Marketing business partners to articulate Professional Services obligations with new customers, organize the on-boarding of new customers, and monitor program performance.

  • Establish on-boarding objectives and coordinate their rollout throughout NACO Service to ensure comprehension and seamless implementation.

  • Ensures that program objectives are measured and facilitates periodic operating reviews to provide updates on program health and address necessary root causes and countermeasure activities.

  • Oversee coordination of program action items and timely resolution of issues to ensure maximum program ROI.

  • Drive the administration and growth of the Service Lead Generation Program

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years of experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 0+ years of experience

  • Track record of program/project planning experience or transferrable skills

  • Proven experience as a Program Coordinator and thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods; familiarity with direct service model operating policies and procedures

  • Experience with lean process management practices and leadership

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • PMP certification

  • Smartsheet

  • Education / LMS programs

The salary range for this role is $100K+ base salary. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
