We are seeking to hire a Sr. Human Resources Manager / Business Partner to support 100+ commercial Associates and business leaders in our FTAP (Fluid Technology Asset Protection), MicroE (Micro Electronics) and Sales organization. Core Responsibilities :
Provide HR partnership and leadership for Pall Industrial's Global Technology FTAP, NA Commercial leader for FTAP and MicroE US based leaders (Commercial, Technology and Scientific & Lab Services(SLS).
Create and implement people initiatives focused on achieving strategic objectives and working closely with the global commercial, Shared Services, and HR organizations.
This person will drive HR initiatives including organizational design, change management, organizational talent assessment (OTA), employee engagement, merit review, training, metrics/trends and analysis. You will partner with and guide business leaders solving sophisticated employee relations matters to include strategic direction in areas of employment, recruiting, mentor/development, associate engagement, retention, performance management, compensation, associate relations, diversity + inclusion, strategic workforce planning, expansion initiatives and more.
Required education and experience
Five or more years of general HR experience with emphasis in organizational design and change management for global organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related subject area.
Experience supporting commercial Sales and Technical organizations for manufacturing / industrial / scientific markets is desired. Understanding Sales Incentive Compensation (SIP) and various other incentive and compensation programs is ideal.
Ability to navigate change and uncertainty and promote positivity, solutioning, team work and ability to overcome minor setbacks with a positive demeanor and focus on overall goals.
Broad understanding of the technical and functional components of human resources, including: recruiting, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, compensation; compliance; employee communications; training and development and employee relations.
Knowledge of employment laws and relevant institutions, including EEOC, ADEA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA and FLSA.
Technical proficiency in HR processes and Danaher Business Systems (DBS) is desired.
Ability to work remote (Eastern US is preferred) with limited US travel. #LI-Remote
