The Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology will be responsible for having overall technical understanding on all modules in SAP, SAP Analytics and SAP Automation techniques. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology manages and and oversees all SAP and integrated applications related technical activities, responsible for managing a team of developers from SAP and other related areas.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with IT leads and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design SAP solutions that align with business needs. Develop architecture diagrams and technical design documents.

  • Lead, provide guidance and expertise to the technical developers. Ensure best practices and standards are followed for SAP implementation.

  • Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations; diagnose and resolve complex issues. Ensure a smooth transition to newer versions while minimizing disruptions. Design, develop and troubleshoot integrations between SAP S4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), MES and Other.

  • Design and develop the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless functionality across different platforms.

  • Provide SAP application performance improvement recommendations and implement to improve system performance and response times.

  • Implement security measures and protocols to safeguard SAP systems and sensitive data. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field with 10 years managing SAP projects from planning to execution including data migration, change management and post go-live support.

  • Experience in developing webservices (REST and SOAP) in SAP. Knowledge of authentication techniques for webservices is required.

  • Experience is EDI, IDOCs and various interface techniques.

  • Experience in change management and deploying projects in production environment in manner that there is minimal risk to BAU activities.

  • Experience in reporting status to higher management and calling out risks so that adequate risk mitigation strategy is in place.

  • Understanding of SAP BTP with knowledge of configuring services if needed by the organization.

  • Experience leading a team and creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $145K-$180K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
