What you’ll do!

  • Responsible end-user support for Work Order, Parts Management and Field Service Apps (Go, FSA) within Salesforce/ServiceMax via regional SMEs and regional leaders.

  • Leads support requests directly and with support from IT teams.

  • Support Digital Service Product Owners with business needs by capturing and translating global requirements into user story’s and grooming with IT developers.

  • Support testing activities for portfolio, including test script authoring, test script execution, scenario testing and defect management.

  • Support authoring SOPs / Work Instructions, produces instructional videos / end-user communications and supports end-user / SME training.

  • Drive Change Management and end-user adoption for portfolio; conformance to the global processes and ways of working.

  • Track Field Service digital portfolio performance to find opportunities for improvement.

  • Accountabile for delivery of goals and objectives; completing other projects and tasks as assigned.

Who you are

  • Minimum of three (3) years of Field Service or Regional / Global Service Operations Support or Business Analyst experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or related technical field or equivalent.

  • Experience of working with Salesforce/ServiceMax preferred.

  • Effective in-person and virtual communicator across functions and geographies with an ability to implement dynamic, participant-centered meetings with strong group facilitation skills to drive outcomes

  • Proven ability to build organization/team and experience in influencing others to action on key initiatives at all levels in the organization

  • Self-motivated and able to manage concurrent, conflicting priorities.

  • Demonstrated skills for change and continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing complex systems and business processes; excellent problem-solving with ability to offer actions / define requirements for solutions.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication; able to express complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing to business partners.
