The Analyst, Integrated Systems, is responsible for implementing and developing within 3rd party applications that interface with SAP. The Analyst, Integrated Systems will provide training and on-going support of integrated applications.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work in conjunction with project management, the technical team and other division staff to provide on-going business applications support for integrated applications. These activities include analysis of reported problems, enhancement requests and minor/major software upgrades.
Perform configurations and development to functional technical specifications, sometimes assisting or writing the functional specifications.
Manage and action service desk tickets to ensure timely response to and closure of service desk tickets.
Responsible for equipment management, including the configuration and support of printers and scanners as well as software installs on various devices.
Conduct analysis to understand business requirements to make informed solutions proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/related field or specialized training/equivalent work experience.
Experience with 3rd party applications. Installation, configuration/enhancements and support.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with cross platform/application tools, such as ODBC and web services.
Experience with VM servers, server side software and Microsoft SQL Server, SAP MM/WM and PP a plus.
