As a result of continued business growth, we have an opportunity for a Group Engineering Leader to join an expanding, innova tive team. In this role, you will have full accountability for the Design Authority of Biotech Equipment Solutions products.
Lead Life Cycle Management undertakings - both reactive and product enhancement
Take full ownership of Sustainment Engineering activities of the Biotech Equipment products under your responsibility
Develop, improve and maintain Engineering processes to generate documentation to ensure product is manufactured and delivered to meet legal and customer requirements.
To lead continuous improvement and VAVE projects on existing products and processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain written engineering policies processes that comply with legal and corporate requirements.
Support New Product Introduction
Support complaint resolution
Lead VAVE initiatives
Manage, coach and mentor a team of engineers to deliver engineered solutions
Own all regulatory considerations which support the equipment compliance
Responsible for supporting all quality systems basics tools, including CDT&R and FRACAS
Collaboration across teams within the organisation in developing organisational capabilities
Education & Competencies:
Minimum BEng/BSc in relevant discipline or minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Experience of a project based manufacturing environment.
Experience of managing a Multifarious team.
Demonstrate technical / project leadership skills.
Desirable: Relevant Professional Qualification, Chartered Engineer status would be advantageous
Desirable: MEng or MSc in relevant engineering discipline
