The HR business partner consults and supports in the areas of Human Resources practices, processes, and objectives to drive associate-oriented high-performance and engaged cultures. The HRBP supports the associates of Pall Corporation primarily in the E MEA region . If you would like to ensure the delivery of effective HR strategies , then this could be the role for you.
What you will do:
Support talent management programs and processes including Performance Development Plans
Work with the business and function leadership to develop workforce plans and organizational structures.
Supports the recruitment and hiring of workforce through collaboration with Recruiting and hiring managers on innovative sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with leaders and managers to build and support employee engagement strategies .
Supports events and programs designed to increase employee engagement .
Works with Talent Management to support site wide Human Resources training programs.
Works with Labour & Employment Labour experts to provide expert support to the business leaders .
Supports the delivery of in-house employee training
Participates with process owners to explore opportunities to optimize activities utilizing continuous improvement processes (Transactional Process Improvement, Problem Solving Process, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
Acts as a change leader for improvements.
Ensures company policies are communicated clearly and administered in compliance with all labour laws and reporting requirements. Supports company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
5+ years or equivalent of HR experience
Knowledge of employment laws
Technical proficiency in HR processes
Ability to work remote with limited travel
Critical thinking and decision-making, analytical problem solving, business astuteness, and process orientation.
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate employees to balance staffing strength and develop future leaders.
