If yes, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Finance Manager to sit within our Operations Center of Excellence and direct a team specific to one of our business units.
In this role, you will drive implementation and deployment projects; participate in and positively add towards operational, reporting and improvement in execution related to SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes within the Pall Enterprise System environment.
Other responsibilities include:
Ensure Ops CoE Service Level Agreements are achieved.
Partner closely with Master Data teams to maintain Material Master data integrity and serve as the gatekeeper for Data Governance standard methodologies that impact Finance Operations reporting.
Investigate more complex issues and direct Cost Analysts in basic investigations.
Provide analytics as requested by Business Unit Leads, Plant Controllers and Ops CoE Finance Director.
Improve and sustain standard work across all Ops CoE including: standard checklist, standard work papers, account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, other reports provided to manufacturing site controllers (flash report, material loss report), standard cost and transfer price setting.
Support the creation of service levels metrics for the Ops CoE team and measure actuals results. Utilize Danaher Business System (DBS) tools (Problem Solving Process (PSP), kaizens,etc.) where actual service levels do not meet customer needs.
Lead, empower and develop talent within the organization including, but not limited to, immediate reports, by mentoring, counselling, engaging, and evaluating associate performance.
Ensure decisions are fully developed and implemented and result in policy and procedures that are consistent with Finance Global Operations, Corporate/Pall Compliance.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive required change and improvement to drive standardisation across the business divisions, enhance internal controls, improve financial reporting as well as improve budget and forecast accuracy as applicable.
Partner with the Material Master Data team and other Pall teams to ensure accurate results from Global Cost Rolls.
Control of the plant transfer pricing calculations as input into SAP price books.
Position Competencies and Education:
CCAB Professional qualification with minimum 3 years PQE (e.g. ACA, ACCA).
Validated experience in accounting/costing background.
Use of SAP.
Established leader of teams.
