We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Engineer to Lead the delivery of custom and standard bioprocessing equipment across the Pall Biotechnology portfolio. In this role you will manage all project phases: quotation, design, manufacture, verification, and customer acceptance.
Deliver Biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment; including large scale and complex projects involving the integration of multiple systems.
Lead and successfully execute various complex large scale turnkey projects within the biopharmaceutical industry.
Ability to review and comment on customer URS for biopharmaceutical equipment, and evaluate possible technologies or designs to meet customer requirements.
Support the introduction of new lines of business within the module including supporting both key R&D projects and Pall manufacturing transfer initiatives.
Manage outside subcontractors including mechanical fabricators, electrical vendors, software designers and automation experts.
Drive and lead product enhancement/development initiatives within the Biotech Equipment Solutions team.
Review and approve project enquiries based on customers URS’s .
Project management experience for the execution of system projects in accordance to the defined specifications, time schedule and cost.
Oversee verification activities (FAT/SAT/IV/OV) for process equipment in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Support the transition of New Product Introduction to the plant, ensuring products inherited from the R&D team are successfully commercialised.
Education & Competencies
Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience of a project based manufacturing environment.
Managing a Multifarious team.
Demonstrate technical / project leadership skills.
