We are looking for 2 Technical Authors to join our team at our Harbourgate site in Portsmouth.

As a key member of the Pall Biotech Technical Communication and Regulatory Strategy team, the Technical Writer will be responsible to write the documents supporting our regulatory strategy. The position will require daily interaction with various teams to ensure delivery of high standard documents for our customers

Job Responsibilities -

The main responsibility will be to ensure writing and producing of quality regulatory support and technical documents to meet strict timeframes. This also includes -

  • Participation in Regulatory Dossier team events and meetings.

  • Active involvement in new product validation planning meetings.

  • Production of strong quality documents according to Pall Biotechnology standards: regulatory dossier files and validation guides to support our regulatory strategy.

  • Generation of high quality documents to support customer specific engineering validation report.

  • 15% domestic and international travel.

Crucial Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Quality/Regulatory Affairs and authored technical peer reviewed papers/publications or associated journals.

  • A Scientific or Engineering degree (this is not crucial if you have the experience)

  • 5 years + Shown experience in project management, quality or technical support function in a similar industry either as an end user or supplier

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, cultural awareness and able to work in a matrix environment

  • Outstanding writing skills and proficient in English

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Sensitivity to regulatory, quality and documentation aspects within the Biotechnology industry

  • Top-tier experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word ; Excel and Microsoft project
