The Senior Manager, Client Technologies is responsible for developing and managing a team that demonstrates a culture of customer service, process orientation and cost-effective management of services and resources. This position will provide best practices in technology to support the business. Demonstrated ability to lead a team that is accountable for all aspects of service availability and quality.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Establish the polices, processes and procedures to support Client Technologies function.
Manage the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of all end user IT equipment, operating systems and applications, server and network infrastructure, and printing systems .
Design, Implement and development of cost-effective operations to meet current and plan for future business requirements.
Daily management of Client Technologies operations assumes responsibility for workloads and delivery against team objectives .
P rovide guidance to other members of the support team and accept responsibility for the team workload.
All aspects of staff management, development, training, and review.
Policy development and compliance management including audit review and support.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Management experience within an IT Support environment .
Experienced people leader with a strong and effective background in managing end user support teams .
Operates with a growth mindset helping drive transformation and change, aligned with line of business goals.
Establish relationships with internal associates and support the organizations as a subject matter expert/trusted advisor.
In depth experience in business relationship management, engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering business requirements.
Highly customer focused when setting priorities, ensuring performance meets customer expectations, able to understand the impact on the organization of change.
Continuous Improvement mindset using DBS tools or equivalent.
It would be a plus if :
Ability to travel
Provide out-of-hours support, potentially during holidays
