Pall Corporation is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to fill the position of Service Coordinator based in our offices in Cosham. This is an exciting opportunity due to growth within the team to join a fast-growing business. This role will support the service division by coordinating the scheduling of Work Tickets and creating Service Agreements - Working with Biotech business across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency and productivity within the field service organisation while delivering a "best in class" customer service experience for all customers.

  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers to update them of their critical service ticket status within specific time frames.

  • Responsible for the creation of service contracts in CRM system, collaborating closely with customers, inside sales associates, field service associates, customer service associates and field sales as appropriate..

  • Work closely with colleagues and customers to ensure timely creation of contracts at renewal to ensure continuation of coverage and revenue stream

  • Schedule preventative maintenance, calibration, installations, and emergency calls while prioritizing the work as appropriate in any given day.

  • Identify opportunities for combining open work to improve efficiency of field-service engineers based on specific criteria.

  • Use SAP and C4C to retrieve customer and other installed base information, inventory availability, part order status, all work ticket updates, and to make changes as required.

  • Handle open work ticket funnel, review and update service scheduling tool timely to ensure data accuracy.

  • Monitor work ticket status, identify potential causes of scheduling delay, and take proactive actions to shorten the lead time to schedule the service visits

  • Assist with reviewing and processing and then closure of service tickets as needed in order to improve customer response time and quote turnaround time

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key experience include:

  • Highly effective Time Management and Personal Organisation.

  • Able to communicate fluently/effectively in English

  • Experience scheduling work for engineers or related experience

  • Strong administration background

  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM is preferable although not required.

  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, changeable environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - professional, experience of conflict management, and good persuasion skills.

  • Possess good problem-solving skills.

  • Proven attention to detail while multi-tasking to achieve quality timely completions of tasks.

  • A “Results Oriented” attitude
