Danaher Corporation Technical Inside Sales Engineer - Undergraduate in Portsmouth, United Kingdom
Provide pre-sales support:
-Processes output from transformative marketing. Take MQL and validate SQL.
-Use customer information to select and size appropriate Pall Products in order to offer customer quotations.
-Contract review of orders for correct price, part numbers and conditions.
-Follow up quotations to secure orders.
-Call dormant, lost and potentially new customers.
-Provide tech support for customers and sales org & Support new project initiatives
Provide aftersales support:
-Run daily management and track orders. Follow-up with customers who are falling behind forecasted pattern.
-Customer questions/PORS & similar.
-To assist in training and development of new or less experienced team members.
-Control & maintenance of Italy / Spain customer price lists.
To meet the departmental and individual key performance indicators agreed with your Line Manager.
To ensure that all enquiries and orders are dealt with in accordance with the quality manual.
To maintain records of activities and store them within the appropriate system databases.
To provide cover for other Inside Sales Engineers in their absence.
