SUMMARY

The Technical Inside Sales (TIS) role actively promotes and sells Pall Laboratory’s products to new and existing customers. The incumbent is responsible for handling and growing specific Lab accounts, prospect new customers and achieve Sales Target primarily by Telephone contact.

Crucial Job Functions:

Make outbound telephone contact to specific accounts to promote Pall products and solicit Sales.Provide technical, commercial and logistical support to customers and channel as required.Assist with further qualification of leads.Provide quoting support as needed to direct customers in Europe.To identify new business opportunities and grow new accounts.Utilise CRM to record / log all telephone calls /outcomes in CRM including customer contacts and update sales funnel.Develop and implement customer account plans designed to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections for small accounts.Negotiate customer pricing and raise quotations in CRM.Build and deploy new product and application sales toolsProvide Business Analysis including trend data, customer retention and development and other activities as the need arises

Qualifications / Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science related subject area.Filtration science, familiarity with filtration and separation devices and methods.Knowledge of laboratory techniques and practices in molecular biology preferred.Technical inside sales experience in a scientific supply or technical sales company.Laboratory experience.
