We are recruiting a Technical Inside Sales - Servicing person to process Marine and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) orders. You will engage the Customer in the quotation, assessment, evaluation and disposition of repairable items and build customer relationships to facilitate Marine and MRO growth. Your responsibilities will span ‘front to back’ SAP transactions, MRO administrative/support actions and daily management of assigned accounts.

Additionally, you will provide informal guidance of MRO and customer processes, interaction with internal teams, and problem solving to further growth.

As Technical Inside Sales - Servicing, you responsibilities will also include;

  • Responsible for all repair order transactions by assigned customer (quote, order entry, status, etc), under direction from the Service Inside Sales Lead

  • Review and approve the negotiated quotations submitted by the MRO technicians/line leaders in accordance with the DOA.

  • Collaborate with assigned internal and external customers.

  • Reach terms on smaller contracts/repair requests with Inside Service lead oversight and DOA signature.

  • Develop, implement, and improve MRO processes. Provide guidance of internal and external processes to facilitate customer satisfaction and MRO growth.

The successful candidate will have;

  • A strong technical understanding with a background or qualification in engineering

  • Minimum 5 years in customer service or customer-facing role.

  • Digital literacy that include order entry, basic look up and general processing required with SAP/ERP experience.

You will have the ability to work independently in a high-stress environment with a strong work ethic and influencing skills. Your interpersonal skills will be excellent with a professional demeanour with internal and external customer contacts. Fluent French speaker is helpful
