is based in Prague, Czech reporting to Country Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Growth, engagement, and development of your team

  • Define country sales strategy, coach team on all efforts to ensure the sales targets are realized and exceeded

  • Contribute to business planning at the top level to develop a sales strategy that is consistent with the company’s short-term and long-term objectives

  • Set targets for sales team in areas such as sales revenues, profitability, business development, and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals

  • Identify market opportunities, evaluating technical and commercial viability and defining the way to align them under the company strategic plan

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and needs, analyze, and interpret those to identify business opportunities

  • Liaise with other teams to ensure that sales strategies and activities are in alignment with the overall corporate objectives

Your education and background experience will include:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Czech or Slovakian

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding financial goals by attaining strong revenue and market share growth while maximizing profitability

  • Strong experience in leading a commercial team, coaching, and driving engagement

  • Experienced organizational change leader in matrix and international organizations
