The BP Zone Leader for Cytiva is responsible for leading the commercial activities in the west region which covers Pune, Mumbai, Goa & MP.

This position is part of the Commercial organization and will located in Pune and will be remote will extensive travel to customer sites. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead commercial activities in the west region (Pune, Mumbai, Goa, MP)

• Maintain close regular customer connects.

• Lead a team of talented account managers.

• Devise and maintain routine prospecting in the region.

• Keep track of customer deliveries, escalate as required and satisfy customer needs.

• Escalate proactively and close pending tasks with all stakeholders.

• Publish and maintain dashboards for key commercial parameters.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors or Masters degree

• 8+ years industry experience preferably life sciences or health care

• Lifesciences business acumen

• Solution/outcome selling

• Entrepreneurial Thinking

• Empowering & Inspiring people orientation
