The Service sales leader for Cytiva is responsible for the India Zone ( Pune, Hyderabad or Bangalore)

This position is part of the Service Sales team located in the APAC and will be based remotely in India. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver Strategies to increase Cytiva’s contract penetration rate across the India zone.

  • Develop and execute novel Commercial Strategies and commercial excellence processes to grow the whole Service portfolio.

  • Deliver strategies to drive positive price attainment.

  • Support the team to secure in month contract renewals

  • Lead, support and develop the Equipment Service Sales team across your zone

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BSc degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business Management or related sphere preferred.

  • Experience - 8 Years+

  • Fluent in Verbal and Written English.

  • Able to demonstrate a working understanding of Cytiva’s service contract offerings.

  • Able to show experience in influencing/leading cross-functional teams around customer growth.
