The Territory Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Providing Technical Support for Installation, PM, onsite technical modifications, and attending breakdown calls for Machines. Maintaining good customer relationships. Adheres to field service policies procedures and standards, maintain recommended spare parts for his product range, ensures appropriate spare parts stock, Travelling within the territory. Available to travel in short notice.
This position is part of the service department located in Pune and will be fully remote.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Diploma or Graduation- Electrical/Electronics/ Biomedical Engineering (Any subjects with electrical and electronics in curriculum) Or Graduation in Biomedical or Electronic Engineering
Experience along with Background and functional Knowledge Six to Twelve years’ experience on In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay), Should have knowledge of Networking and Interface related issues, good experience on any CRM used in Field technical service.
Problem Solving Skills, demonstrates curiosity, is able to effectively identify common product related trends and solutions, computer Proficiency MS -office, Teams, Good written and verbal communication skills.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Multitasking & independently handing 1 or more product group but starts providing informal guidance and support to junior team members.
Able to mentor and guide junior team member and gain followership t relationships. Impacts with the quality of own work and its contribution to the team within region.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other functions to achieve client delight. 7. Uses a consultative approach to provide time bound solutions and long-lasting solutions to client delight.
