The newly introduced role of Procurement Analyst at Pall, Redruth is responsible for ensuring materials arrive on site, on time to meet production needs. This is a highly transactoinal role, which will include working in-line with our global commodity strategies and DMS (Danaher materials System toolkit. It is key to supporting the business in meeting OTD performance, reducing past due and optimising inventory. You will be based in Redruth as part of our Purchasing Team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support DMS activities, including, but not limited to:
GR/IR – Ensuring that Purchase orders are correctly maintained through their life cycle to ensure goods arrive as expected and vendors are paid in line with authorized terms.
Expedites / Confirmation – Utilising IMAG and our SAP systems to ensure that critical materials are delivered on time, escalating to Materials & Supplier Relationship managers when issues arise
Working with the rest of the materials team to provide Sourcing teams and our vendors with accurate usage information for our materials to support Heijunka and supplier expectation acceptance
Daily creation and maintenance of purchase orders, including Kanban activities
The essential requirements of the job include:
Educated to ‘A’ level or qualified by experience, preferably CIPS qualified
Previous experience working in supply chain and/or logistics in a manufacturing environment, including working with various supplier and vendor contacts to ensure materials are delivered on time and to specification
Working experience of SAP or MRP systems
Experience working in a continuous improvement environment

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
