About the Global Product Manager Role:
The Global Product Manager (GPM) for Process Management is a key strategic position within the Data and Connectivity Business Unit (DCBU). The GPM manages a portfolio of Hach process optimization software and services and is also responsible for process improvement, commercial development, and related innovation initiatives focused on software development, IoT, XaaS, and other software and service transformations. This role will work collaboratively with product managers, other service groups, sales, and R&D. A successful Monitoring Manager is comfortable working in new, developing environments that will fundamentally transform the way Hach does business.
What Will I Be Doing?
Build strategy and roadmap for the future of RTC (Real Time Control), process monitoring solutions, and solution delivery
Manage the existing portfolio of RTC modules
Develop obsolescence strategies for non-core controllers to make way for new technologies
Support network communication and security initiatives for RTC to automate processes for remote monitoring
Lead marketing initiatives in North America and Europe
Represent the DCBU in NPD initiatives for related to process management
Creates and maintains visual management for sales performance of process management-related software and services
What Are the Qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field like engineering, mathematics, physics, or chemistry; MBA or MS desired
5+ years of progressive work experience; sales, product management, or NPD experience preferred
Understands waste water, drinking water, and industrial treatment facilities and their water treatment regulations
Excellent technical competencies and a functional understanding of software development, B2B IoT solutions, Cloud infrastructure, and a history of new system implementation at customer sites
Continuously utilizes a strategic approach to identify market growth opportunities and presents business cases to gain organizational support
Strong critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize data and facts to draw logical and actionable conclusions
Demonstrated ability to drive growth initiatives by working cross-functionally in a matrix organization
Able to travel up to 25%
The annual pay range for this role is $130,000-$145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
